The Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) has reported a net profit of 15.06 million Egyptian Pounds during the year's first half. It has also gained a net sales record of  41.34 million Egyptian Pounds for the same period. The strategy followed by SODIC when converting 4.8 million square meters into various projects is ascribed to be the reason for this growth. The first half of the year also saw sales of more than 800 units valued at EGP 2.513 billion for the company.
