Three new projects, Cascade Ville, Cascade Manor and The Estates, located in the heart of the Culture Village have been officially launched with their ground breaking by Dheeraj and East Coast L.L.C (DEC), a leading Dubai-based property developer; the projects are worth A.E.D 615 million.

Two of the projects, Cascade Ville and Cascade Manor are purely residential, while The Estates is a mixed-use project.

Sailesh Jatania, Chief Finance Officer, DEC, while speaking at the occasion sited this development as major step forward for the project, indicating that progress being made was right on schedule.

The responsibility for constructing all current and future projects of DEC has been entrusted to Robodh Contracting LLC, one of the leading contracting firms in the region. The company will also be responsible for the hiring and smooth functioning of all subcontractors.

In the initial stages, Sharaf Foundations has been given the initial ground work. The company has an impressive record in the region having worked on more than 50 projects in countries such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Oman and Qatar. The company has experience of drilling, excavation, shoring and foundation works.

The combined covered area for the three projects is 60,981 square feet, with a built-up area of 412,743 square feet. Featuring wide open spaces, cobblestone walkways, tradition wind towers, waterways with bridges, eating outlets and creek side souks, all three projects fit in well with the overall concept of the Culture Village.

The projects combine a modern day luxurious lifestyle with old world charm which serves to untie diverse nationalities encouraging them to live and work in harmony.

The Cascade Ville, a seven storey project comprises three bedroom apartments, a modern and fully equipped health club and gymnasium, retail boutique, café, frontal waterfalls and round the clock security.

The Cascade Manor is just slightly taller at eight storeys and comprises one, two and three bedroom apartments; the project has its fair share greenery in the shape of park.

Based on Arab architectural themes, The Estates is a mixed-use development, elegantly combining luxurious residences and contemporary offices that all contribute to a novel community lifestyle.
