The Al Jaber Group has recently come to an agreement with Nakheel in which the group will be responsible for constricting approximately 740 luxury villas.These villas will be located in Veneto and will become part of an extremely exclusive neighborhood that will boast a waterside location in the center of popular Waterfront City. 

This neighborhood will be the first in the coastal community that will eventually be made up of approximately 2,600 low rise apartments, townhomes, and villas.  Veneto has already sold all 716 villas that will be built during the first stage earning Dh7 billion in only five days.
